Jesus christ, it was a difficult choice but I finally had to plump for mashed. Roast (but proper roast that have been roasted then fried to get a crispy coat!!) are also fab. I love potatoes! Or tatties if you're Scottish. But maybe the best are Stovies.........fry a large chopped onion until it goes dark brown, then add sliced potatoes, cover in boiled water and leave to cook for about 50 mins. Best served with stewed square slice sausage. Amazing!

oh, there so many yummi yummi options in there...
it's impossible for me to choose only one.
boiled, mash, roast...creamed potatoes...
chips. well, chips are not very healthy, aren't they? 'cos you have to boil them with oil and that not very healthy.
but i like eating chips every once in a while.

now i realy want to eat potatoes...yumm yumm !
