Hey guys, this has been hexing me for a long time....

Does anybody know the tuning used on TAIWD? I can't seem to figure out how the man plays this...

I've never been sure either..
But I know it sounds a diff tuning live..

That's All I wanna do is in open g tuning. it uses the same shape as all has gone, flights to the sea, etc. that Amin7 shape that G uses alot in open g. There is also some tutorial video of him i saw where he started playing it. that may help you more.

same as in the morning too innit! and hard & slow...although i thought TAIWD was in open f.

i have seen TAIWD in played in both open f and open g...i think open g is def right

for hard and slow, i know how to play it or something like it in open f, but wouldn't be surprised if it is really open g too
